These terms cover your use of this website and your application for early access. Using the Sellular service itself, once your account exists, is covered by the service agreement you accept when it is set up.

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not, please do not use it.

Using this website

You may use this website to learn about Sellular and to apply. Please do not:

• Break the law, or use the site to harm anyone.
• Try to get into parts of the site, or other systems, that are not meant for you.
• Overload, scrape or disrupt the site, or send automated submissions to the form.
• Send information that is not yours to send.

Applying for early access

Sending an application is a request, not a contract. We are welcoming a small group of restaurants and shops first, so we may accept or decline any application, and we may take our time. Applying costs nothing and commits neither of us to anything.

Please give accurate details. You confirm that you are allowed to give us them, and that the contact is someone who can speak for the business. The website takes no payment.

The Sellular service

If we approve your application, we will invite you to set up an account. From then on, the service agreement you accept governs the service, including its price, which depends on the number of locations, and any hardware. If it differs from these terms, the service agreement wins for the service.

What this website shows

We describe Sellular as honestly as we can, but the website is a summary, not a specification:

• Some features shown are in development, and we say which are next.
• Figures, prices and receipts shown on the site are samples, not real sales.
• Product pictures may be placeholders until we replace them.
• What works offline depends on your devices, your printer and, for cards, your payment terminal and provider.

Our content

The Sellular name, mark, design and the content of this website belong to us or our licensors. You may link to the site and share its pages. You may not copy it or use our name or mark to suggest we endorse you without asking us first. The information you give us stays yours.

Links to other sites

The website may link to other sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they say or do.

No warranty, and limits on what we owe

The website is provided as it is and as available. We do not promise that it will always work, be free of errors, or be up to date. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes from using this website. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
